“Mystical Mermaids Meditation Circle” w/Kristen.

Everyone loves to play and pretend to be a mermaid when at the pool or beach!  Live out your wildest and fintastic dreams with a meditation circle at the Enchanted Forest!  Mermaids represent the divine feminine, and the connection between land and sea.  We’ll start the night off with pulling a few mermaid oracle cards and setting our intentions.  We’ll do some light chanting to stimulate our third eye and invoke the element of water.  This is a special meditation where we’ll be laying down on cushions  and with our legs together.  Feel free to bring a pillow or blanket if you wish.

Kids and teens are welcome to attend, but must be accompanied with an adult.  They must also be able to sit still and remain quiet during the meditation.  Feel free to bring your journal…
