The interweaving of slow and gentle intuitive movement, hands-on Reiki energy healing, breathwork, yogic philosophy, and sacred sound is a potent combination providing a deeply transformative, inwardly healing practice that harmonizes the mind, body, and soul. It is suitable for all levels of yoga experience.

In this meditative session together, we will bring our focus within, ground into our bodies, release energetic blockages, and welcome in a sense of empowered embodiment by returning to our unique frequency and vibration.
