Words have power, even when we try to not give it to them. When we talk to ourselves and about ourselves those words take on meaning and change our perspective of our own realities. Together we will talk about “self-Talk” how to build a better relationship with ourselves and start manifesting our desired reality with daily Affirmations. This class includes a Journal so please just bring a pen to get started!
