Join Wellness Aadvocate and Essential Oil Educator, Natalie Carson as we explore the power of affirmations, essential oils and crystals. We will also be setting intetnions for the New Year!

In this hands on 75 minute class we will review the benefits of pairing 2 forces of nature with the power of our thoughts and affirmations. All will make a personalized 10ml essential oil blend infused with a crystal to take home to use everyday to raise frequencies, ground, calm and help balance emotions. This blend can also be used for meditation, prayer or yoga. All will also go home with affirmations.
