Balancing your chakras : Sydney

February 15 @ 4:00pm Balancing your chakras : Sydney Chakra  is a Sanskrit word, meaning wheel and refers to the energy centers in  the body.  When working properly, they spin clockwise...bright,  beautiful and unobstructed.  But, everyday challenges, physical issues,  etc. can cause our chakras to become blocked.  The good news is YOU can  bring your chakras back into balance!  During this class, you will be  guided via a peaceful meditation on how to clear your own chakras via  hand placements, visualization and affirmations!  We will be using  crystals as well, to help with this process.   - $15
