After the breath work you will enter into a gong meditation that will carry you to a timeless peace and solitude, from which stress and internal blockages can be cleared restoring the free flow of vital energy throughout your body.

You will be lying on the floor during the meditation so please bring a mat, blanket, and pillow for your comfort.
