Join me for a powerful low impact moving meditation designed to awaken and energize each chakra from Root to Crown.  

This gentle practice can be done seated or on a mat.

This practice based on a Kundalini kriya uses 7 specific motions/movements to move energy into each chakra.  

Low impact and adjustable to your fitness level.  All movements are done kneeling or sitting.  No lifting or straining.  

We end with a lovely rest and gong bath! 

Dress comfortably in loose clothing as you will be moving.
