Friday December 18th, Chakras 102, the Upper Chakras w/Dawn Starr , on-site and Via Zoom, 4 p.m. to 5 p.m., $15

Chakras 102, in this class we will discuss and learn about the upper  chakras: the Heart Chakra, the Throat Chakra, the Third Eye Chakra, and  the Crown Chakra. Dawn Starr will be teaching you how to use color,  Foods, crystals, oils, herbs, activities, and exercises to open and  activate the upper chakras. We will also discuss what blocks the  chakras, and what we can do to heal ourselves on a mental, emotional,  physical, and spiritual level. Please be prepared to take notes.
