CHILDREN'S Beginning Exploration of Meditation (8)

All children must be accompanied by an adult  Meditation can be an incredibly beneficial tool for both adults as well as children. This class is focused on teaching children (and their parents) how to meditate, along with the reasons why meditation is good for you, different ways to meditate, and how to breathe during meditation. This is an interactive class which will use fun tools to keep it fun and interesting for the kids.

Some classes might involve drawing or coloring, while others might use scent or music. Each class will be unique and different. We have yoga mats available but you are welcome to bring yours and a favorite blanket/stuffed animal. This class will run about 45 minutes to an hour. Love donation appreciated
