In this workshop students will learn the basic principles of shamanic  journeying through experiencing multiple guided shamanic journey’s and  interactive shop discussions. The class will cover, the three basic  shaman realities, the upper, mid and lower worlds. Finding spirits  animals and guides, the principles and processes of traveling to and  from this reality to seek healing and knowledge. Students will learn a  basic shamanic divination process. As a bonus the shop will include the  basics of shamanic soul retrieval.

This will be a one-day class that will run approximately 6 hours, the  time may vary depending on class size and the need for breaks.

Please make sure to have a rattle, drum and journal, eye cover and note taking material.

It is recommended that you are either sitting or laying on the floor,  so set up your space to be comfortable for a day on the ground.

For the divination work you will need to have a rock about the size of your fist with an obvious front and back.
