The time has come where we have finally survived Mercury Retrograde! Although Mercury goes direct on July 31st, there is a period of recovery that we call the post retrograde shadow. This is a time where we have been shown (very clearly) the things that are no longer serving us in life and being pushed to release! Retrograde season comes with some deep inner work which is not always comfortable, but it is extremely valuable to our lives.

If you feel as if you were a victim to this retrograde season or you simply need to recharge and realign with the cosmic energy in our space – join us for this energetic alignment experience.

Reiki Master Teacher/Meditation Coach/ Astrological intuitive , Yvette Machado will conduct a group sage smudge to clear the space and then guide you into a meditative state where true alignment can take place. During meditation each participant will receive an individualized energetic clearing and alignment to work in harmony with the cosmic energies around us. Aligning your energy after a time of heavy self-reflection is key to successfully implementing what we’ve learned into inspired action.

Each participant is encouraged to bring a notebook and pen to write down any insights during class.
