In this session we'll explore how to deal with, heal from or even let go of difficult people. Often times toxic or strained relationships can tell us much more about ourselves than those who have hurt us, including boundaries, beliefs and patterns. Together, we'll take a deep dive into how we can honor our own well-being while navigating or disconnecting from relationships that no longer serve our highest good. Please bring your own questions and a curious mind.

Jen is a unique channel who discovered her gift in 2014 after years of persistence from her spirit guide, Mosha.
