Join Rene for Kundalini Yoga class Bring a yoga cushion if you have one. The center has mats and pillows available. We will begin with gentle exercises to warm up our muscles and spine followed by breathwork designed to awaken and circulate our prana throughout our bodies. Next, a short 30-minute kriya followed by relaxation and meditation. Kriyas are a series of connected movements designed to address specific areas and achieve desired results both physical and spiritual. There are hundreds of kriyas and we will practice a different kriya with each class. Kundalini yoga is powerful practice that can be done by everyone and I will be available to suggest modifications to make the practice safe and easy for you while keeping it challenging!

Class needs to begin on time. The center will open at 8:45a.m doors will close at 9:00a.m
