This gentle guided meditation guides you through past traumatic experiences, process and let go of that which no longer serves you into self-love, removing any cord to those emotions to who you truly are.

During this meditation, Rainey will call in the Angels to break-up any negative energies that are stuck in their old ways by tuning into your truest version of yourself, to love and be loved, to release the past and any energy patterns that no longer serve your Light.
