In the circle Selise provides a safe space for empaths  and empathic people to come together and talk about their issues  concerns and ways they can ground themselves and protect themselves.  She’ll take you through a guided meditation to promote grounding self-awareness and call back your power so that you can stand  in your own energy once again. In the space you’re more than welcome to  talk about your problems or just sit back and simply be in a space where  you are not needed to add anything to a group to participate in the group.
