In this morning meditation, selise will guide you both quiet and dark, to decompress from the week past, and rest for the week to come. You will be guided to write down your strives, your worries, your aches and pains, and everything that is on your heart and mind. Then give it up and leave it behind. The meditation is guided, by the sound of either crystal bowls or drumming. You won't be asked to share, talk, or participate in any way, all the instructions will be explained at the begging of the meditation, and you are free to give as much or as little as you want.
