Come and surround yourself with energy! Take turns sitting in the middle of the circle with your family as everyone showers you with energetic sounds. Bring an instrument like a Rattle, Tambourine, Wood Block, or Drum! This is an event for the whole family, It can get loud, so make sure you are comfortable with all the energetic sounds. If you do not have an instrument, we will have some here available to use!
