Gather with us in sacred community as we honor the Fall Equinox with an evening of ceremony, reflection, meditation, and healing sound.

The Fall Equinox marks the seasonal threshold when day and night are nearly equal in length, symbolizing the balance between light and darkness. As we transition from the outward energy of summer into the quieter, inward season of autumn, the Equinox offers us an opportunity to pause, acknowledge what we have harvested in our lives, express gratitude, and consciously release what we no longer wish to carry forward.

During our evening together, we will move through a candle ceremony and intentional release practice, followed by a guided meditation that will gently lead you into a deeply restorative sound bath.
