This  event will inspire us all on how to cope with stress & anxiousness  while creating a fun place to connect and do a fun craft together  through the Enchanted Forrest Reiki center and friends!   Join  us LIVE online to learn about the power of essential oils &  aromatherapy and how they can benefit your family, health and emotions!     May 28th  @ 6pm  $20 In  the adult's class, we will focus on how to naturally manage stress, use  aromatherapy to support emotions and learn 4 square breathing.   We  will also learn affirmations, how our emotions affect our physical  health and how we can use positive thoughts, gemstones and essential  oils to help come back to PEACE, EASE and FLOW!   Then we will all make our bracelets together while sipping our favorite beverage!   Pick your favorite gemstones & beads below.
