I hope you got a little chill- I did, even just typing it :) 

This  is fight or flight time for everyone. Right now, many people are in  flight mode consisting of full on panic. This can very quickly lead down  a spiral of despair and hopelessness. 

Let’s  transform this to fight mode where there is faith, hope, love, power,  and courage! It all starts with ourselves first, then a collective.  Let’s talk about what you need to do to rise and overcome! And YOU  CAN!!!!!
