This full moon, known as the Wolf Moon, is the full moon that lights up the night sky in the depths of winter.

The name “Wolf Moon” was associated with the howling of wolves amid the cold and snowy landscapes of winter.

The winter season is the time for us to turn inward, both physically and spiritually. The longer nights and colder temperatures invite us to seek warmth and solace within ourselves.

Embracing the energy of the Wolf Moon encourages us to connect with the natural world and draw strength from it.

The Wolf Moon serves as a beacon for inner transformation and introspection. It encourages us to reflect on our goals, emotions, and the changes we wish to manifest in our lives.

On this night, we will use this moon’s energies to help release what is no longer serving us so we can move forward.
