We tend to think that the energies of the moon are only strong at night. But the energies can actually be felt all day. Sometimes even stronger in the morning.

So as we sit in meditation on this morning, we will be tuning in to this month’s full moon energies which are about nature, and us, waking up from the long, dark winter.
