Goddess Bellydance - Release the feminine energy as you learn basic movements to ancient beats. Learn to feel your body as it moves to the rhythms that are part of your most inner self. Every movement will be taken at a pace that feels right to your body. Please note to wear comfortable clothing as this is a movement class. You may bring a hip scarf to accentuate movement as well.
