CHIRON Gong Meditation

Floating on a sea of sound and vibration you will release the stresses of the outside world and turn inward to I AM. Begin with relaxing breathwork followed by a beautiful and powerful gong meditation. Finish feeling relaxed and replenished in mind, body, and soul. 

This mediation can be experienced seated or lying down and chairs and mats will be provided.
