Loving yourself is the greatest way to improve yourself and as you improve yourself, you improve the world. When we want to change whats going on around us we must change whats going on within us.

Join me on a guided meditation into self inquiry and healing where we will explore our personal strengths, powers and find courage not to be a victim or doormat and to live our lives in harmony and balance.

We will be working our way up through the chakras clearing out barriers, karmas and old patterns about blame, shame, abandonment and guilt and replacing these energies with positive good karmas of joy,abundance, forgiveness,compassion and loving ones self and help from the angels.
