Reiki itself is a Japanese based energy healing method, channeling  the energy of universal consciousness into the aura and body for  cleansing, clearing, alignement and overall wellness of body-mind and  spirit.  It is a holistic method, allowing the practitioner to channel  spirit, and shift your energy.

Tuning forks are used to enhance healing of the body through specific  sounds and vibrations.  When tuning forks are used it enhances and  energizes the air space as well as the physical body for deep holistic  healing.
