In this customized session, your practitioner will use a variety of instruments designed to help lower stress and anxiety and promote harmony and inner balance.

These instruments may include crystal or tibetan bowls, tuning forks, chimes, bells, gongs etc.  You will experience a guided meditation while the instruments are played geared toward your personal needs to lower stress.

Afterward Energy Healing will be done on you determined by the practitioner which may include Reiki or Seraphim Blueprint techniques.
