The Divine Feminine and Masculine exist in harmony together within every living being regardless of sex or gender. Traumatic events, misunderstandings, and unhealthy views of one's self can create blockages within these energies. In this workshop and meditation we will talk about the roles of these energies, how we can see them existing within everyone, why duality is so important, as well as cover day to day practices and mental exercises that can help heal and maintain balance within yourself. After talking we will continue by doing a deep meditation dedicated to healing the wounds buried within, and releasing any toxic energy you have knowingly or unknowingly taken on. Find the duality within yourself and emerge more empowered than ever!
