In this class participants will learn how to receive their healing and power through Shamanic Journeys. Participants will also learn how to perform Cord Extractions. Cord Extraction is the removal of something that connects us to a person, place or thing that effects us in a negative way.
We will also discuss the importance of Mind, Body and Spirit why we must keep them in balance in order to move forward.
Participants should bring journals and or note taking materials. This class will be approximately 3 hrs.
