Healing the Inner Child Guided Meditation with Jen

Join us for an evening of rest and relaxation as you are  gently guided to reconnect with your inner child. In this meditation we  will work to heal old wounds by dispelling adopted beliefs, addressing  abandonment issues and rebuilding self-worth through a process of reparenting our younger selves with love and  compassion.

The intention of this meditation is to create a  compassionate space where you can explore your deepest thoughts and  feelings without judgment, while giving yourself permission to finally  meet the needs of your inner child in order to end self-sabotaging cycles and return to your inherent truth - that you are enough.
