Since the beginning of time, the ancient sages of the world used Mother Earth and the sacred elements she provides us to help heal others. This wisdom has since been spread down through generations and is readily available to all of us. The term “healing” should not be used as the masking of physical symptoms, but instead should represent a balanced Soul, Mind, and body. This class will help you learn how to use sacred smudge smoke to cleanse, clear, and empower your energy and your space. One of the most common smudges used is white sage, but the list of smudging herbs is endless.

Join certified herbalist and Reiki Master Teacher, Yvette for an informative class on how to empower ourselves with the gifts Mother Earth has passed along to us. Some of the topics we will be discussing will be :

* Cleansing and Empowering our space with sacred smudging

* Creating herbal/ crystal grids to empower our space

* Giving gratitude to our earth environment to empower us

* Using herbs in your healing practice or work environment

Pre-registration is required as each student will create their own sacred smudge blend using energetically charged herbs and resins. Pre-registration is available until the day prior to class. Registration at the door is welcome as well but the custom herbal blend will be subject to availability.
