It’s that stressful time of year where we tend to let our own self-care slide. Too much to do – especially for others.

But then we pay for it later: tired, sick, digestive issues. (The Solar Plexus is connected to our digestive system.)

Our Solar Plexus is our powerhouse. And it needs nourishment. And not just with food.

In this class we will look at ways to do just that: self-care tips, breathing techniques for stress relief, foods to help keep you healthy and herbs and essential oils to help keep you balanced.

And then we will finish with a meditation to clear and align this chakra to help you move into the Holidays feeling strong and balanced.
