How to Make Yourself a Priority:

It’s all about setting  boundaries!! Boundaries are not just about other people. They are  actually about YOU. They are about what you value followed with action  behind it (boundary being the action). It is about honoring and  respecting yourself.

 Doing this is not always easy and it  takes practice but it is crucial in building up your self-esteem and  self-worth. I also used the word “building”- we are not born with  self-esteem and self-worth, we have to constantly work at it. The more  you know your value, the better the boundary.

We will discuss  how and when to use boundaries and even if you don’t really know how to  do it, or get uncomfortable, this is a great place to start.
