Monday Evenings May 2, 9, 16, 23rd
6:30-8:30pm
Each week you will concentrate on a specific anxiety issue to manage your symptoms. You will be given handout protocol materials to use at home for self-use. You will learn a self-hypnosis process to guide you in taking control of your issue. You will have the inner power to resolve the challenge.
Pre-Talk What is Hypnosis and what it is not.Week 1:
Learn a Self-Hypnosis Practice, Emotional Freedom Techniques, assorted materials, etc.
