I FEEL IT ALL: The Secret Lives of Empaths and HSP's (Highly Sensitive People) with Azure Darby on Site

Cost: $20  This class is being offered on site and as a zoom class. Pre-payment is required by 8pm on May 23rd for attendance. Upon payment we will contact you to find out if you will attend on zoom or on site.

If you can answer yes to most of these questions, this class is for you:

 -Have you ever been called too sensitive?

-Do you feel overwhelmed by crowds or in public places?

-Do you find that your energy feels depleted after being in certain environments or around particular people?

-Do people tend to dump their feelings/problems onto you?

What will you learn?

 -What it means to be an Empath and/or HSP as well as the difference between the two

-Other signs/signals that you are one or both

-The potential challenges that come along with possessing these traits

-How being an empath/HSP can be considered/utilized as a spiritual gift

  What will you receive?

           - Strategies, tools, resources and support

           - The understanding that there is nothing wrong with you and you are not alone!

On site students are limited to 9.  No blankets or pillows are permitted in at this time.  All students on site must wear a mask.
