This circle is about helping and supporting you on this journey, and  being around others who are going through similar journeys. As Patti  guides you through the TRY Method Joel will be channeling  multidimensional Reiki to support everybody in the space; both Patti and Joel are Holy Fire Usui & Karuna Reiki Masters. Whatever is said in this circle, stays in this circle!

The  TRY Method (Trauma Recovery Yoga) was developed by a yogi and a  psychologist who both had severe PTSD. The method is designed to help  bring your mind and body back into balance after any type of trauma.  Patti is a certified instructor in this method.
