Pre-requisite: Chakra Series – Part 1

After having explored, healed, and awakened each energy center, it's time to say hello to them all as a whole system...and just like in any system, communication is key. If your first chakra is pulling you in one direction, your heart in another, and your creativity in a third, it can become stressful and confusing navigating your spiritual path.

In Part 2, we will use Meditation, Crystals, Colors, Essential Oils, writing exercises, grow our Intuitive abilities, awaken each energy center and learn/understand each Chakra, finishing with the last 3 Chakras. 

It takes a tremendous amount of self-motivation and earnestness to sit, meditate, and create space for transformation. Every great spiritual adept, teacher, and master have all had to go through the fire of doing their own inner work.
