Come to this class to learn what they have to say about you, and possibly gain new insight as to who you are and what your mission is in this lifetime. Learn about the history of this practice and why it is significant even to this day all around the world. Please be sure to bring a notebook, notepad, or even a laptop to take notes so that you can properly follow along and be able to do the practice exercises throughout the class.
