Description: This workshop, meditation, and class is for those looking to connect to their body, the universe, and angels on a deeper level. The Tree of Life is one of the most powerful symbols in spirituality; it contains within it taiji, yin and yang, the medicine wheel, the trinity, the triple moon, the chakras, and so much more. This workshop is designed to give you the basics you need to understand The Tree of Life, what it represents, and where it comes from. Kabbalah is the ancient mystical tradition from which The Tree of Life originates. We will talk about what Kabbalah is, briefly go over its history and origin, as well as talk about what the different variations of Kabbalah there are. 

Everything we learn in this class with culminate with a deep meditation to connect to your own body and its energy centers using techniques and wisdom gained from the class.
