At the end of your journey of movement, mantra and meditation you will find yourself in a state of restoration and relaxation.

I have chosen a gentle practice for this evening and no prior knowledge of Kundalini Yoga is required and is accessible to all ages and fitness levels.

Mats are provided by the center or feel to bring your own mat and blanket.
