Kids' Grounding and Moving Meditation Class (Kids age 0 to 10 ... Adult must be present and they get to participate as well)

Okay kids, grab your adult (Mom, Dad, Grandparent, Babysitter, Aunty, Uncle, Older Sibling, etc...) and come have some fun while we practice grounding and moving meditation.  You'll have so much fun, you'll think we're just PLAYING!!!  If you already know how to do that, help me teach your adult so you can do it together at home.
