In this 4-week class Scott will take you into the world of meditation

Learn how to meditate successfully, how to handle stress and manifest through meditation, learn proper chakra sounds and techniques to awaken them. Learn how to use wisdom teachings along with your meditation practice to really get clarity in your life and experience greater peace. You will experience a sacred sound meditation along with recovering tools to help you with your practice including using mantras and mindfulness techniques.

Meditation is for everyone and can be accomplished by anyone.Come find out Monday’s in September
