Let Animals Lead® is a powerful meditation practice You can do WITH animals, not TO them. (Note: Do Not bring your animal to this meditation-this class is to teach you the techniques)

This system has been used globally with thousands of animals. It is currently being used to support the emotional needs of animals in shelters, competitive sports, veterinary clinics, and private homes around the world.

In this fun introductory workshop, you will learn:

· How to offer healing for all animals, from companion to wild.

· How to create a safe space where all animals feel safe, respected, and loved. In this space, an animal can find support to release their emotional trauma.

· A specialized meditation that helps transform a stressed, shut down animal into an open, trusting one and brings relaxation and peace to all animals.

· The six pillars of practice that honor animals’ agency and create successful meditation sessions where healing is possible.

· Three reasons to mediate with animals.

· A Powerful daily mantra.

· The Breath of Life Meditation.

Join us for a step-by-step guide to supporting animals. We will end the workshop with a beautiful, healing meditation for the animals. Note: Due to lease restrictions, pets are not allowed on the premises. If possible, please bring a photo of your pet, or any animal you would like to offer healing, to place in the healing circle.
