Where are you standing on The Wheel? Are you beginning something new? Are you lacking trust in yourself or others? When is the last time you laughed and felt real joy? Is it time to look within and gain Wisdom?

The Native American Medicine Wheel, also known as the Sacred Hoop, is a symbolic wheel representing the circle and cycles of life. The flow of life that we all experience.

In this interactive workshop we will adequately explore the Four directions and the associated color, element, and spirit animals for each direction.

Each direction offers its own lessons so we will take a journey for a look into what the Wheel has to share with you at this time.

May you leave this class knowing where you stand. And so it is.
