Meditation 101 with Maria (2)

Meditation 101 with Maria Monday, January 18th.    6-7:15 PM       $20 There are many benefits to meditation like reducing stress and anxiety,  feeling more calm and at peace within yourself and also with your  reaction to things outside of yourself. Your self awareness improves and  you allow yourself to receive guidance for what doesn’t make sense. Meditation takes practice so patience is a must. There are also multiple ways to meditate. I believe that it is a very  personal and individual practice where you have to find what works for  you. We will explore different ways on how to meditate. So if you get  frustrated with meditating or don’t really know how to start, this is a  great jumping off point. Please come with questions and wear comfortable clothing.
