Meditation 101 with Sam On Site at Enchanted (Must pre pay/register)

Learn  how to mediate properly! Sam will teach you tricks and guide you step  by step with how to adjust and get comfortable to be able to mediate  regulatory. This will be followed by a guided meditation from Sam. 

All students must be pre paid/registered prior to class and wear masks and remain at a social distance of 6 ft.

Limit of 9 students.

Do not bring in your own pillows or blankets. Mats will be provided at the center.
