Having difficulty staying in a meditative state? Are you unable to shut down the whirlwind of thoughts on your mind? This meditation will focus on using the beat of the drum in different tempos to bring you to a zen like awareness while allowing you to block the thought patterns that interrupt the meditative state. Please wear loose and/or comfortable attire.
