Taking time out to release tension in your miind and body on a regular basis can change your very approach to life and how you cope.
The key to meditation is to be patient, to practice and to experiment with different styles of meditation to find those that resonate with you.
Whether it's a silent meditation, breathwork, sound bath, shamanic journey, guided meditation, moving meditation, mindfulness, transcendental etc... there are unlimited ways to meditate.
In this class we will practice a few different styles of meditation to help guide you on your path to the medication of meditation.
