The body, it's different limbs and parts, are each connected to an astrological planet. Looking at this astrology will not only help you understand your body, but the energy networks that run within it. Working with this astrology can not only connect us deeply to ourselves, but can help us work through energetic blockages in our bodies and our lives. The meditation will feature a crystal grid dedicated to the planets, crystal singing bowls, and light music. During the meditation Joel will guide you on a journey through your own body, calling in the energy of the different planets as you go along, helping move, heal, and charge the energies in your body.
