The Solar Plexus, Manipura in Sanskrit, is the third chakra and acts as the body’s energy powerhouse.

It is directly linked to your sense of self: your self-esteem, sense of purpose, personal identity, individual will, digestion and metabolism.

When your Solar Plexus is in healthy alignment, your energy will flow, you will be comfortable in your own inherent power and become empowered. You will have a sense of who you are and why you are here.

When it becomes blocked, you may find yourself feeling powerless, stagnant, quick to anger and other negative traits as well as possible digestive issues.

In this class we will look at ways to help keep this chakra in balance through lifestyle, diet, herbs and essential oils.

Then we will finish with a meditation to balance and empower your Solar Plexus.
